Pre-Construction

We begin every project with an in-depth initial consultation. This will allow us to understand your objectives, expectations, and vision for your home or business. We discuss the pricing, planning, and design. After determining the scope of your project, we will provide an estimated timeline. We will then determine the specifications, selections, and materials needed. Once this information is configured, we will provide finalized budget options depending on material selections. We believe this phase is vital to ensure quality, efficiency, and an enjoyable experience.

Next, our construction team will work directly from the detailed plan created during the pre-construction phase. At JJC Design Build Inc., we pride ourselves on the ability to bring ideas and drawings to life. During this phase, you can expect an organized and clean job site, constant communication, and respect given to the materials and selections you have chosen.

As we near project completion, we will work with you to schedule home or property inspections and walk-throughs. It is our goal to make sure you are completely happy with your new home or property. When we complete the construction, you can rest assured that our relationship will continue.
